Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ResetProof, a software product operated by PCB Creatives LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using ResetProof, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

ResetProof is a property verification platform that guides cleaning staff through photo capture workflows, uses AI to compare captures against reference standards, and provides property managers with timestamped verification reports.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into a binding agreement to use ResetProof. By using the service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at hello@resetproof.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use ResetProof only for its intended purpose — property verification and cleaning management. You agree not to:

Use the service for any unlawful purpose
Upload content that is fraudulent, misleading, or violates any third party's rights
Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or replicate the ResetProof platform
Use the service to surveil, harass, or violate the privacy of any individual
Share account access with unauthorized users

5. Photos and Content

You retain ownership of all photos and content you upload to ResetProof. By uploading content, you grant PCB Creatives LLC a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the ResetProof service.

You are responsible for ensuring that any photos uploaded through your account comply with applicable laws, including obtaining any necessary consent from individuals who may appear in those photos.

6. Subscription and Billing

ResetProof is offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis at the rate applicable to your selected plan.

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice
All fees are non-refundable except where required by law

7. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, your account will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends. No charges will be made during the trial period.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or modifications to the service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.

9. AI Verification

ResetProof uses AI to compare cleaning staff photos against reference standards and generate pass or flag results. These results are provided as a tool to assist property managers and are not a guarantee of the actual condition of any property. You are responsible for making final determinations regarding property readiness.

10. Data Retention

Verification photos and clean records are retained for a rolling 180-day period. After this period, photos are deleted from our systems. Account data is retained for as long as your account remains active. Upon account deletion, data is removed within 30 days.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting hello@resetproof.com. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

ResetProof is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of security vulnerabilities.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PCB Creatives LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of ResetProof. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PCB Creatives LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of ResetProof, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of California.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and notify active subscribers by email. Continued use of ResetProof after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
