Photos captured by cleaning staff during verification workflows

We collect only what is reasonably necessary to provide and improve the ResetProof service.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

Respond to demo requests and onboard new customers
Provide, operate, and improve the ResetProof platform
Generate verification reports and cleaning summaries
Send product updates, account notifications, and important service communications

Email Communications and Service Providers

We use trusted third-party providers to operate parts of our service. This includes:

SendGrid for transactional email communications including verification reports and account notifications

As ResetProof grows, we may use additional service providers for hosting, analytics, customer support, or payment processing. These providers process data only on our behalf and are required to handle information securely and in accordance with applicable laws.

Photo and Verification Data

Photos submitted through ResetProof are used solely to provide the verification service. This includes comparing cleaning staff captures against reference standards and generating pass/flag reports for property managers.

We retain photo and verification records for a rolling 180-day period unless a longer retention period is required by law or requested by the account holder. After this period, photos are deleted from our systems.

Your Choices

You have the following choices regarding your information:

You may unsubscribe from non-essential email communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at hello@resetproof.com
Account holders may request deletion of their account and associated data at any time

Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. No online system or data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. We will notify affected users in the event of a data breach as required by applicable law.

Children's Information

ResetProof is not directed to individuals under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
