Responsible Disclosure Policy

Last Updated: July 22, 2026

PCB Creatives LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), the operator of ResetProof, takes the security of our service and our Customers' data seriously. If you are a security researcher and believe you have found a security vulnerability in ResetProof, we appreciate your help in disclosing it to us responsibly, and we will engage with reports made in accordance with this policy.

Scope

This policy applies to security vulnerabilities in ResetProof-owned digital properties, including our website, mobile apps, Manager Console, and APIs. It does not apply to third-party services we do not control (for example, our infrastructure, AI, payment, or crash-reporting providers), which have their own disclosure programs.

Prohibited Actions

To protect our service and our Customers' data, the following are not permitted:

  • Accessing, modifying, or extracting data from accounts, organizations, or properties that are not your own
  • Performing denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) testing or any testing that degrades service performance
  • Uploading, transmitting, or storing malware, exploits, or harmful scripts on our service
  • Automated scanning or brute-force attacks without our prior written approval
  • Social engineering, phishing, or physical security attacks against our team, Customers, or partners
  • Any testing that violates applicable law, our Terms of Service, or privacy regulations

Reporting

Please report suspected vulnerabilities privately and responsibly by emailing hello@resetproof.com. To help us investigate, please include:

  • Your name and contact details
  • A clear description of the vulnerability, including steps to reproduce it
  • Any supporting proof-of-concept code or screenshots, if applicable

Please give us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and address the issue before disclosing it publicly.

Our Commitment

If you report a verified vulnerability in good faith and in compliance with this policy, we commit to:

  • Acknowledging receipt of your report within five (5) business days
  • Keeping you reasonably informed of our investigation
  • Notifying you once the issue has been resolved

Safe Harbor

We will not pursue legal action against security researchers who act in good faith and within the scope of this policy. If a third party brings legal action against you for research conducted in compliance with this policy, we will make clear that your actions were authorized under it.

Thank you for helping keep ResetProof and our Customers safe.
